INGREDIENTS :
- 1 tbsp pecans
- 50g spelt oats
- 300ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp dessicated coconut
- 2 tbsp coconut/almond butter
PREPARATION :
1. Throw the pecans on a small pan over medium heat and toast for 3 minutes. Then transfer them onto a plate to cool.
2. In a pot place oats, milk and coconut sugar and cook for 4-5 minutes until the oats are soft. Stir through the coconut oil.
3. Top the porridge with pecans, banana, almond/coconut butter or whatever you like😀.
