✅ 1 tablespoon coconut oil
✅ 2 big apples, cored and sliced
✅ 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
✅ 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
✅ 50g oats
✅ 300 ml coconut milk
✅ 1 tablespoon raisins
✅3 tablespoons soya, vanilla yoghurt
✅ fresh fruits and pumkin seeds for decoration
1. Heat the oil in a pan, add sliced apples, cinnamon and 1 tbsp coconut sugar. Cook for 5 minutes until the apples turn golden brown .
2. To make the porridge, place the oats, raisins, milk and remaining coconut sugar in a pot and cook until oats absorb all the milk (about 3-5 minutes).
3. Layer the porridge and apples on the top of each other in a glass or bowl, top up with soya vanilla yoghurt, fresh fruits, sprinkle coconut sugar and pumkin seeds.
