INGREDIENTS :
For the base:
✅ 1 1/2 cup almonds, soaked
✅1 cup dates, pitted
✅ 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
✅2 tbsp vanilla extract
✅ pinch of salt
For the filling :
✅ 2 cups cashews, soaked
✅ 3/4 bar firm tofu
✅2 tbsp coconut oil
✅3 tbsp maple syrup
✅1 tbsp vanilla extract
✅ 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
✅splash of water
For the top layer:
✅ 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
✅2 tbsp coconut oil
✅3 tbsp maple syrup
PREPARATION :
For the base:
1. Place soaked almond into food processor and proces until fine texture.
2. Add the rest base ingredients and proces all again until sticky dough.
3. Press firmly the base down into round container of your choice .
4. Leave in the freezer for one hour.
For the filling:
1. Place all filling ingredients into high speed blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the filling over on earlier prepared base and leave in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
For the top layer:
Prepare this layer when cheesecake is firm (after 4 hours)
1. Simply mix all 3 ingredients in a bowl until smooth running chocolate appears.
2. Pour over on the cheesecake, even the surface and leave in the fridge for 10 minut.
