I enjoy drinking smoothies and their every colour of the rainbow. The idea of that combination came from drinking a chicory coffee one day and snacking on fresh coconut chunks. I decided to combine somehow both into a smoothie. Turns out to be a great post-workout drink as well. I hope you’ll enjoy that flavour 😀👍

INGREDIENTS :
1 cup coconut milk
2 bananas
6 Tbsp chicory coffee
1 1/2 Tbsp dessicated coconut
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp raw vanilla protein powder ( optional)
PREPARATION :
- Prepare chicory coffee and set aside till cool down to room temperature.
- Put the rest of the ingredients into a blender and mix till smooth.
