As you probably noticed I’m on sweeth tooth lately and I have another sweet recipe for you. Unfinished, open jars of nut butters and tahini was my inspiration to make that recipe.
When I have leftovers veggies in the fridge I know it’s time to make a veggie soup, but what I can do when I have lots of nut butters with nearly expired date? Here comes the nut butters fudge 😀👍. You can use any nut butter you like, a combination of a few or just one.
INGREDIENTS :
For the fudge:
1 cup mixed nut butters ( I used tahini, almond butter, coconut peanut butter and smooth peanut butter)
4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 Himalayan salt
For chocolate layer :
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
PREPARATION :
- Simply place all fudge ingredients into a bowl and stir it well until smooth consistency. Layer in small loaf bread form cover with parchment paper and leave in the freezer for at least one hour to set.
- Meanwhile in a small bowl mixed well all ingredients for chocolate layer (you can also completely omits that step and enjoy the fudge without chocolate).
- Pour chocolate layer onto a fudge and return to the freezer until set completely.

Enjoy!
