I’m sure we all have days when we really craves badly something sweet. I never was a fun of Nutella, but I decided to create Vegan recipe for that one. And hey, turns out is not only delicious and sweet, but the youngest members of the family can enjoy that as well. Is actually good for you, without the nasty corn syrup inside.
I made raw version, based on walnuts, because I’m a huge fun of them. But if you prefer hazelnuts, then go ahead and replace walnuts, as they works just fine.
You will need:
- 1 cup walnuts (or hazelnuts)
- 4 Medjool dates
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 5 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of cacao nibs or grated dark chocolate
Simply put all ingredients except of cacao nibs into a blender and blitz until smooth. It will take just a few seconds.
