My name is Monika. I am a Nutritional Therapist, Psychodietitian, Yoga Teacher, Fitness Instructor, journalist. My website is my journal – place offering nutritional help, yoga and tips how to live healthy lifestyle.
I’ve been practising yoga for more than 15 years. My adventure with yoga started after knee injury as a result of being sprint runner and dancer. After pracitising many forms of yoga (i.e. Iyengar, Sivananda, Kundalini, Hatha) I finally found my passion in Ashtanga Yoga. I continue my study and attend many workshops with well known teachers each year: Kino MacGregor, David Swenson, Liz Lark, John Scott, Brian Cooper, Richard Adamo, Clare Missingham to name a few.
I decided to train as a Nutritional Therapist and Psychodietitian to heal mine and other people relationship with food.
I brought these passions in my life together and that is how my website started.
It is my passion to share the joy in eating good food, to live the life the fulliest, to be happy, move with joy, to know how to manage emotions, to listen the soul and consiously improve, and invest in personal growth.
I believe life should be about abundance, not restrictions.
I’m dedicated to helping you become the healthy and fit person you deserve to be.
My goal is to inspire and empower people.
I wish to share my thoughts and everything I learned along the way my personal journey as a nutritionist, yoga and fitness instructor, parent, partner and friend.
