Due to current situation lots of yoga studio and halls has been closed.
That’s why I decided to open monthly yoga membership to continue to teach and practice yoga online.
I wll lead the class at my home for you to follow me along. I know is not the same as it is in the real class but I hope this form will find a good feedback and help you to stay fit, motivated, inspired and give you opportunity to practice at home, or whenever you are.
I opened Facebook group called YOGA AT HOME. Once you make a payment i will invite you to join the group.
For as little as £20 (£5 for one class) you will have:
- access to private, closed and safe Facebook group YOGA AT HOME.
- live classes every Wednesday at 6.30pm (UK time) – the time might vary depending on subscribers needs.
- bonuses each month in form of additional yoga video tutorial

- response to your questions any time
- If you can’t be live you can practice later, at any time suits your schedule (each class will be available at the group for you to use any time).

Private One to One Yoga Classes
Classes are available during a day and in the evenings.
An ideal space to develop and deepen your practice, whether you are an experienced yogi or a complete beginner; fancy a challenging or more restorative Yoga Class. The benefit of having 1 – 2- 1 class is a greater attention to alignment, personal correction and adjustments.
Classes can be booked as one – off class or as part of regular programme.
Specialisms: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Gentle Hatha Yoga, Relaxation and Restorative Yoga.
