Post workout smoothie

 

INGREDIENTS:

5 bananas

1 cup frozen mango

2 handful spinach

1 avocado

1 scoop raw vanilla protein powder

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp pecan butter

2 cups almond milk

 

PREPARATION :

Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
