Simple Green Smoothie

simple green smoothie

This smoothie is one of my favourite smoothies. Why? It’s super easy to make, have a little Ingredients, it’s so fulfilling and nutritious. It’s packed with potassium, Omega 3, Vitamins K2, B2, B12, E, D12, calcium and more. You can drink it any time of the day.

You will need:

  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almond milk (you can add more water if you wish)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon barley grass powder
  • 1 teaspoon goji berries

How to prepare :

Just blend it all in a high speed blender and that’s it!
