Valentines chocolate smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 8 Medjool dates
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder or carob powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut and peanut butter

Preparation :

Blend all ingredients in a blender. Add more liquid if you like more running consistency.
