
This course offers a plan to navigate and improve your wellbeing from age 40 and beyond. 40 years is a milestone and a good time to evaluate your diet and lifestyle. Our bodies change with age and fluctuations in hormone levels can affect our metabolism and digestion, so we just don’t process food the way we used to. If we want to stay active and healthy for 40 years and beyond, we need to make some dietary and lifestyle changes, and that’s what this course is all about.
In 10 days, I will cover exactly what to eat to improve, reverse, and prevent the following well-being factors after the age of 40:
