PUMPKIN SPICE HOT CHOCOLATE

INGREDIENTS :

1 1/2 cup coconut milk

1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree

Pinch of ground cloves

Pinch of cinnamon

Pinch of nutmeg

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp maple syrup

50 g dark chocolate

100 ml coconut cream

PREPARATION :

  1. In a small pan heat the coconut milk with the pumpkin puree and spices. Sweeten with vanilla and maple syrup.
  2. When all mixed together turn off the heat and add dark chocolate. Stir until it’s melt.
  3. Serve hot in a glass topping up with coconut cream.
