
INGREDIENTS :
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
Pinch of ground cloves
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup
50 g dark chocolate
100 ml coconut cream
PREPARATION :
- In a small pan heat the coconut milk with the pumpkin puree and spices. Sweeten with vanilla and maple syrup.
- When all mixed together turn off the heat and add dark chocolate. Stir until it’s melt.
- Serve hot in a glass topping up with coconut cream.
