Sometimes in the afternoon I feel like I need to have a nap or drink a cup of coffee. But this time I made juice instead and turns out to be not only a wonderful pick me up drink but a great vitamins and minerals booster too.

INGREDIENTS :
1 grapefruit
1 orange
2 carrots
2 1/2 beetroots
3 cm fresh ginger
PREPARATION :
- Juice all ingredients through a juicer, peeling citruses first.
