INGREDIENTS :
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 small aloe vera leaf, filleted
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp raw vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- A few drops of Stevia (optional)
PREPARATION :
Blend everything in a blender and whizz until all mixed and smooth.
