Aloe vera & Bluberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS :

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 small aloe vera leaf, filleted
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp raw vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • A few drops of Stevia (optional)

PREPARATION :

Blend everything in a blender and whizz until all mixed and smooth.
