Celery Cleanse Juice

Celery is one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory foods, because it starves unproductive bacteria, yeast, mold, fungus, and viruses that are present in the body and flushes their toxins and debris out of the intestinal tract and liver.

Consume celery is the most powerful way to alkaline the gut. That’s in the part because celery (which is technically an herb, not a vegetable)  is high in bioactive sodium.

Celery improves kidney function, helps restore the adrenals, and can even bring ease to one’s mind and though patterns, with its mineral salts feeding electrical impulse activity and supporting neuron function, which is the key if you suffer with ADHD,  brain fog, or memory loss. When it comes to celery, think electrolytes . It hydrates on a deep cellular level, lessening your chances of suffering from migraines.

Celery restores the entire digestive system. Use for calming effects when you feel frightened,  panicky,  shocked, fretful,  nervous,  threatened , unsure, afraid, or defensive.

Today I wanted to share with you with my celery juice recipe I drink very often. Sometimes I drink juice made of celery only but normally I add a few more ingredients. One of them is parsley. There are few reasons I add parsley to my juice:

– I’m not a fun of the parsley taste, that’s why I like to mix it with something else

– Parsley alkaline all the body system; is an all-purpose pathogen-fighter ; it keeps bacteria, fungus and parasites at bay

– I have always plenty of parsley in my garden😉.

If your goal is to cleanse your body of toxic heavy metals such as mercury, aluminium,  lead, cooper , cadmium, nickel,  and arsenic,  add a half cup of fresh cilantro when you’re juice your celery.

To press the reset button on your body, juice celery by itself.  For the full effect , drink a full 16 ounces of fresh celery juice daily – and make sure it’s on an empty stomach to raise hydrochloric acid levels more efficiently.

CELERY CLEANSE JUICE:

INGREDIENTS :

1 head of celery,  stalks separated

Handful of fresh parsley

2 apples

Half of lemon

 

PREPARATIONS :

Run all ingredients through a juicer. Strain and drink straight away.
