
INGREDIENTS:
Base:
1,5 cups almonds
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp water
Caramel:
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted (soaked in boiling water for 10 mintes)
1 tbsp coconut oil
pinch salt
1/2 tbsp water
PREPARATION:
- For the base, place almonds into food proccessor and blend until brake into tiny pieces.
- Add the rest of the base ingredients and blend it well till sticky dough will form.
- Place into small rectangular tin and place in the freezer.
- For the caramel part, just place all ingredients in your food proccessor and blen it well.
- Spread the caramel layer on the top of the base, sprinkle with some sesame seeds or any crushed nuts you like and place in the freezer to set.
