Roasted sunflower and red pepper dip

Roasted nuts and seeds enhance the flavour of all dips and makes them rich in flavour. If you’re tired of eating hummus all over again, try something different for a change. Below you will find a new dip recipe, that is full of flavour, healthy, rich in nutrients and vibrant colour.

 

INGREDIENTS :

2 red peppers,  chopped

1 cup sunflower seeds

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 tablespoons olive oil

Sea salt

Fresh parsley

 

PREPARATION :

1. Place chopped red peppers in the oven and roast for about 15 minutes.

2. Slightly roast sunflower seeds in a pan on a low heat until golden brown.

3. Place all ingredients except of parsley in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

4. Chop some fresh parsley and sprinkle on the top of your dip.
