
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cup blackberries
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp monk fruit or coconut sugar
1 Tbsp orange or lemon juice
PREPARATION:
- Mash blackberries using the fork in a bowl.
- Then add the rest of ingredients, tranfer to a small jar, cover and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Jam will last 1-2 weeks in the fridge.
