BLACKBERRY JAM

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cup blackberries

2 Tbsp chia seeds

2 Tbsp monk fruit or coconut sugar

1 Tbsp orange or lemon juice

PREPARATION:

  1. Mash blackberries using the fork in a bowl.
  2. Then add the rest of ingredients, tranfer to a small jar, cover and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Jam will last 1-2 weeks in the fridge.
