Very quick and delicious to make balls, satisfy your hunger for “something sweet”.
Full of nutrients and guilty free sweat snack. I love make it them for my afternoon tea ;).
They will taste better, if you use all organic ingredients:)
Makes about 12
- 1 cup of dates (soaked in water for 10 minutes)
- 1/2 cup of walnuts
- 1 tbsp carob powder
- 3-4 tbsp dessicated coconut
1. Put soaked dates with half of a cup soaked water into blender, together with walnuts and carob powder.
2. Blend until all ingredients mix together. Using wet hands form a small balls and coat with dessicated coconut.
