- 400 g tin of chickpeas
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoon vegan mayo
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- Pinch of sea salt and black pepper
1. Drain the chickpeas, rinse and place in a food processor.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. ( not too smooth).
3. Serve with your favourite bread, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, or anything you like.
