For those who are craving some dessert, this one will hopefully satisfy your taste buds.
It’s very sweet, packed with nutrients, easy to make and no cooking required.
Makes 4 glasses
INGREDIENTS :
For pudding:
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 cup of water ( or almond milk)
For nice cream:
- 8 frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
Topping:
- Raspberries
- Strawberries
PREPARATION :
1. Place chia seeds in a jar with coconut sugar, cover with water and soak for about 2 hours until jelly consistency appears ( you can do it overnight as well).
2. Blend frozen bananas with cacao powder in a high speed blender till smooth.
3. Divide chia pudding into 4 glasses, covering the bottom of the glass.
Add chocolate nice cream and top up with the fruits.
